Ellis’s areas of expertise include Pre-contract Cost Planning, Post-contract Cost Control and Cost Analysis for large-scale health care, advanced education, commercial and residential projects.
His enduring passion for growing and trading orchids began when he noticed that the ones in his wife’s wedding bouquet lasted a long time.
