Lewis provides technical due diligence and Independent Certifier services drawing on his extensive experience as a senior Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
Lewis has worked extensively on both conventional and P3 projects across Canada.
He is an avid skier, mountain biker and rugby fan. With his glory days as a fly half behind him, he has his hands full keeping up with the Grade 1 team he coaches.
