A team leader in BTY Group’s Toronto office, Phil directs the delivery of Cost Management and Project Monitoring services for building owners, developers and lenders, in all sectors.
Phil also works directly with large financial institutions to provide technical due diligence services in the P3 sector. He brings BTY Group clients more than 15 years of experience providing senior level services on construction development projects.
Out of the office, Phil is often seen sailing on the lake (but only if the weather is nice!).
