Value Analysis

Risk Management
Understanding the risks in a project is the first step in managing them. Once identified, risks can be mitigated through avoidance, reduction, risk sharing or transfer through contracts, or through establishment of appropriate contingency funds. BTY Group’s experience in risk management spans project delivery models, from design-bid-build to design-build and public-private partnerships. BTY Group provides facilitation services, contract advice and estimates of risk costs and transfers through all project phases.
Expert Witness Testimony
BTY Group provides multi-disciplinary consulting for the preparation of Expert Witness and Expert Opinion reports that are required for the Settlement of Claims, Mediation of Disputes, Examination for Discovery and Court Exhibits.
Members of our staff are recognized by the Supreme Court as qualified Expert Witnesses to provide expert testimony during litigation cases. Our fields of expertise include construction cost, development proformas, scheduling, and other areas of dispute involved in construction projects.
