Dockside Green
BTY Group advised on the first two LEED Platinum Certified master planned communities in Canada.
- The first was Dockside Green in Victoria, BC, for which BTY Group provided Project Monitoring services.
- The second was the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games Athletes Village, which received LEED Platinum Certification for the entire neighbourhood as well as LEED Gold status for all of the project buildings.
