Ellis has more than 20 years of experience as a Professional Quantity Surveyor on large healthcare, educational, commercial and infrastructure projects. He has worked in both North America and Hong Kong, where he was a team leader on one of the world’s largest and busiest airports.  Ellis’ enduring passion for growing and trading orchids began when he noticed that the ones in his wife’s wedding bouquet lasted a long time.
