Concentrating his efforts in BTY’s Lender Advisory group, Gord specializes in mortgage monitoring, independent certifier and lenders advisory services to public private partnerships (P3).  Widely respected in the industry, he has helped develop requirements for Canadian Mortgage and Housing insured loans.  Gord is confident that he’ll have permission to build his own workshop after he completes the next home renovation, as long it doesn’t interfere with his girls’ soccer coaching duties.
