Ian spent more than seven years working in the industry in London, UK before joining BTY in 2005 and rapidly expanding his skill sets. In addition to managing cost control from initial design to final account as well as the tendering process, he also manages mortgage monitoring, working directly with lenders. A black diamond skier, adventurous hiker and avid cricketer, Vancouver is his new home in the sun (and rain).
