Phil’s first 15 years in the industry saw him successfully manage more than $1 billion worth of construction projects in the UK, Caribbean and Canada. He is experienced in providing cost management and loan monitoring services in the public and private sectors. Phil is the lead in BTY’s new Toronto office and his goal is to establish BTY as a premier cost consultancy in the financial capital of Canada. Out of the office, Phil is often seen sailing on the water, (but only if the weather’s nice!)
