Lee Harkin

Lee is an Associate Director at BTY with more than 20 years of international industry experience. He joined BTY in 2021.
Lee leads the Cost Management team and business development in BTY’s Ottawa office. He brings clients a broad array of integrated expertise as a Professional Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and Construction Manager. Lee has delivered a wide range of projects in the commercial, residential, institutional and civil sectors in Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Chartered Institute of Quantity Surveyors (PQS). He has been awarded Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and is a Chartered Construction Manager and a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders (MCIOB).
