Michael Zegarelli

Michael is responsible for providing Technical Advisory and Lenders Services for BTY’s clients in developing real estate and infrastructure. His project portfolio comprises transportation, energy, healthcare, commercial and residential projects in Canada and the United States. Michael also specializes in developing life-cycle and facilities management models and reviewing building conditions.
