Scott’s areas of expertise include Cost Management and Building Information Modelling (BIM), and Project Control services for institutional owners, developers and architects. His portfolio comprises experience in commercial and residential real estate, health care and education sectors in Eastern Canada, United Kingdom and New Zealand.
Scott is a member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Scott is also Canadian Representative for the Americas World Regional Board for RICS.
