Brian Magee is a Senior Project Manager at BTY with over 10 years of experience providing Project Management and Owner’s Representative services in Canada and Ireland.

Brian’s focus areas are Project Management and Owner’s Representation for Owners, Public Authorities, and Private Real Estate Developers. His project experience includes commercial, residential, mixed-use and industrial developments, as well as health care, sports and entertainment facilities. Brian previously provided Payment Certifier and Technical Advisory services on large Public Private Partnership (P3) projects across the province of British Columbia.

Brian is especially skilled at leading and managing project team members, including stakeholders, from concept through to completion. He is highly adept at stakeholder management, procurement methods, contract practice, programming and planning, budget control, and risk management. He has been involved in the detailed project management of complex development sites from site acquisition stage through to final handover and brings more than a decade of industry experience.
