Marie leads BTY’s award-winning P3 Advisory team, bringing 18 years of industry experience in providing Lenders’ Technical Advisory services for P3 projects across North America, Europe and abroad. She also volunteers for the Women’s Infrastructure Network.

Rachael is an Associate Director at BTY, providing Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Programme Management, Employer’s Agent and Lenders Services with 10 years of industry experience in both Canada and the United Kingdom.

Sibel is BTY’s Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) services for the Europe, Middle East and North Africa, bringing over two decades of experience delivering EHS services. She is an expert in environmental and social impact assessments, environmental management, occupational health and safety, risk and consequence assessments and HSE auditing.

Based in BTY’s Ankara office, Göze’s areas of expertise include Programme and Project Management, Infrastructure Finance and Commercial Management. She also brings 15 years of experience as a Social Specialist providing audits and impact assessments for EBRD projects and major infrastructure mandates in North America.
