BTY is pleased to announce that four Public Private Partnership (P3) projects for which we are providing Lenders’ Technical Advisory and Construction Monitoring services achieved financial close in Q1 and Q2, 2016.
The projects include:
• LaGuardia International Airport CTB Project, NY (USD$4 billion)
• SH 288 Toll Lanes, TX (USD$815 million)
• Long Beach Civic Centre, CA (USD$400 million)
• State Street Redevelopment, IN (USD$50 million)
These four projects raise BTY’s current U.S. workload to 34 projects from coast-to-coast with a collective value of USD$13.7 billion. In addition to more than 10 other ongoing P3 projects, the firm is also engaged to provide Lenders’ Services for private sector projects including residential towers, multi-family and mixed-use projects and master-planned communities, industrial facilities, hotels, and recreation facilities across the United States.
