Chesterfield House Build-to-Rent

London, UK

The project comprises redevelopment of a strategic site located in the heart of Wembley. It will provide 239 apartments (103 below-market rentals), retail space, a public square and a community centre.

1200 Stewart Street

Seattle, WA

The project involves the construction of two, 45-storey towers and one 4-storey low-rise building in Seattle. The buildings will be constructed atop a 6-level underground parkade, and 3-level commercial podium. The development will be mainly residential rental apartments and will also include retail and office space.

Ireland Social Housing Bundle 2

The PPP project is being procured by the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) to deliver 1,500 additional social housing units, through an availability-based model. Bundle 2 comprises 456 social housing units that will be developed across 8 sites.

Climate Innovation District

Leeds, UK

This development comprises 516 low carbon, modular homes being built in the Leeds City Centre for the first time over 90 years. The Citu Home uses a timber framed housing solution, developed in partnership with Leeds Beckett University, which achieves an airtightness over ten times that required by UK building regulations.

UTSC Passive House

Scarborough, ON

The project comprises the construction of a passive house residential building with two towers sitting above a two‐storey apron structure.
