This project includes the construction of Terminal 6 and Terminal 7 for JetBlue Airlines at JFK International Airport. It comprises the addition of larger international use gates, checking and security areas, new curb frontage, enhancements to existing AirTrain stations, and the development of terminal amenities.
The new courthouse will provide over 600,000 sf of space and will include 46 jury courtrooms and shelled space for four additional courtroom sets to accommodate future. The new courthouse will also include offices and public spaces to be occupied by the Clerk of Courts and the Law Library.
The project involves the upgrade and modernization of the university’s central heating and cooling plant and ancillary infrastructure, as well as the implementation of various energy efficiency upgrades across the campus.

This project features the design, build, finance, and maintenance of a bundle of six schools located in various areas around Prince George County. Several existing schools will be demolished for the new build of various schools which include K-8 and Middle Schools. The new facilities will be designed to meet the LEED Silver standard and will be sized between 160,000 sf to 250,000 sf to ensure that local residents have access to key education infrastructure.
The project comprises the construction of two towers featuring 206 units and several on-site amenities.

The project is an 8-storey, mixed-use residential and retail building located in north Miami Beach. The building will include 349 units over 605,600 sf.

The Project is a 66-storey mixed-use development, providing a total of 349 multi-family rental units with ground level office and retail space, all above a three-level underground parkade. There is also a separate parking garage consisting of three levels of underground parking and 12 levels of above ground parking, providing parking stalls, storage rooms, bike storage, pump room, and shower rooms.
The project is a 4-storey mixed-use building consisting of 290 residential units and approximately 20,000 sf of ground floor retail space.
