Los Angeles International Airport ConRAC

The DBFOM P3 project comprises consolidation of the 23 existing car rental properties into one 7.6 million square-feet facility featuring a Customer Services Building, Ready/Return Facilities, Idle Storage Facilities, Quick Turnaround Area Facilities, Parking Area, offices for the Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), a courtyard and the Automated People Mover ConRAC Station.

Los Angeles International Airport APM

Los Angeles, CA

The Automated People Mover will be comprised of an elevated, 2.25 mile-long guideway with six stations as well as pedestrian bridges to airport terminals, parking garages and fixed facilities.

University of California Merced 2020 Expansion

Merced, CA

The planned expansion of the UC Merced campus will support projected growth in student enrolment and would be located on 219 acres, including the current 104-acre campus. The project comprises 1.85 million square feet of new facilities, including academic, administrative, research, recreational, student accommodation and student services buildings, utilities and infrastructure, outdoor recreation and open space areas.

Lansing, MI

The project comprises a new student housing development in East Lansing. It will include 347 units to house 577 students. It will include 191,000 square feet of residential space and 11,200 square feet of retail/common space.

Lansing Correctional Facility

Lansing, KS

This project involves the construction of a new Correctional Facility in Lansing, Kansas. It will comprise two housing units containing approximately 2,400 beds, as well as areas for improved medical services, food service, staff support and both indoor and outdoor recreation areas. Parking, improved lighting and new security features have also been included in the design.

I-75 Michigan

Detroit, MI

This project involves the construction of the third segment of the I-75 Modernization Project. The roughly six-mile segment in suburban Detroit will reduce the time needed to build the entire 18-mile project by 10 years or more. The project includes the addition of an HOV/General Purpose Lane, reconstruction of existing freeway lanes, and other  improvements.

I 4 Ultimate

Orlando, FL

The DBFOM P3 project consists of numerous upgrades to the existing highway to accommodate 21 miles of 4 general-purpose lanes and 2 segregated HOV lanes. The project will improve transportation from Kirkman Road in Orange County to State Road 434 in Seminole County by relieving congestion and improving road access to major routes.

Atlanta Mixed-use High-rise

Atlanta, GA

The project is a 14-storey mixed-use development on a 1.92-acre site in Atlanta. The development includes a total of 325 units, including four townhouse units, as well as 503 parking spaces.

Miami Beach Mixed-use High-rise

Miami Beach, FL

The project is an 8-storey, mixed-use residential and retail building located in north Miami Beach. The building will include 349 units over 605,600 square feet.

Transform 66

Virginia

This DBFOM project involves the development of a 25-mile stretch of I-66 between Gainesville in Prince William County and the Capital Beltway to accommodate two express lanes and three general lanes in each direction.

Pennsylvania Rapid Bridge Replacement

Pennsylvania

The DBFOM P3 project comprises the replacement of 558 structurally deficient bridges across the state of Pennsylvania under an accelerated schedule of less than 5 years. The structures comprise both single and double span bridges that have an average age of over 50 years.

I-395 Express Lanes Project

Washington, D.C.

This project will extend the 395 Express Lanes for eight miles north near Edsall Road to Eads Street in Arlington. Two existing High Occupancy Toll lanes will be converted to express lanes and a third lane will be added, providing three reversible express lanes.

LaGuardia Airport CTB Project

New York, NY

The DBFOM P3 project comprises a new 1.3 million square-feet Central Terminal B Building with 35 service gates and several associated site works.

Hilton Grand Vacation

Hilton Head, SC

The project comprises the construction of a 130,000 square feet, 6-storey podium level hotel development. It will include 60 guest units and a separate administrative and maintenance building.

Tysons Mixed-use High-rise

Tysons, VA

The mixed-use project is a 32-storey tower with 398 residential units.
