Major Retail Brand Support Centre

Vancouver, BC

The project program envisions a 500,000 square feet multi-storey office building with up to 10 storeys to house a connected support centre for a leading retail brand.

Conexus Credit Union

Regina, SK

Conexus Credit Union is building an innovative, environmentally sustainable, LEED quality facility that suits the company’s needs today and into the future. The plan is to build an approximately 80,000 square feet facility directly adjacent to Darke Hall on the Regina University Campus. The new space will provide 55,000 square feet of workspace for Conexus employees, 10,000 square feet for future space requirements and 15,000 square feet for a business incubator.

Telus Garden

Vancouver, BC

The project’s scale transforms an entire block in the core of downtown Vancouver. It comprises an integrated complex of high-end residential, commercial, retail and amenity spaces connected with wide open public squares. The residential component features a 53-storey, LEED Gold tower, which includes 8 levels of underground parking, a retail component at grade and level 2 and amenity spaces at level 3. The commercial component features a 22-storey, 450,000 square feet LEED Platinum office building that will also house the TELUS headquarters.

The Royals Office Redevelopment

The project comprises refurbishment upgrades to the existing 5-storey building while maintaining the existing operating environment.

Scientus Pharma

Whitby, ON

The project comprised extensive renovations for a biopharmaceutical development and processing facility for cannabinoids, including the purchase and installation of specialty equipment.

Finnieston Street Office Redevelopment
