BTY is excited to share that the Conexus Building Communities project in Regina, SK is nearing completion. This project is crucial in the revitalization of College Avenue Campus, including historic Darke Hall.
The new 80,000 square foot headquarters for Conexus Credit Union features an agile office space, a shared accessible lobby with Darke Hall, a leading-edge business incubator, a public three-storey atrium, and a full-service café open to the public. Park users will be able to enjoy a new exterior courtyard along with the other amenities.
BTY is proud to have provided full project management services for this project’s entire life cycle as well as cost consulting services in the design phases.
