Allen Reid

Allen is a leader of BTY’s National Cost Management and Construction Advisory Services team for both public and private sector clients. His experience encompasses a diverse range of sectors, including aviation, health care, education, public works, civil infrastructure, arts and entertainment, stadiums and performance venues, transit infrastructure, and commercial and residential developments. He works closely with BTY’s clients as a senior advisor, and manages every aspect of Cost Management service delivery, including overseeing our national team of professionals, coordinating disciplines, managing reporting milestones, and collaborating with wider project teams and associated consultants.
