Tunca Ataoglu

As the Regional Director for EMEA, Tunca is responsible for delivering Sponsors’ and Lenders’ Technical and Commercial Advisory services on some of the largest greenfield and brownfield PPP projects and project finance deals in the EU, Central Asia and the Middle East regions. Tunca initially led BTY’s expansion into the EMEA Region through its operations in Turkey when the country first rolled out its ambitious PPP/AFP programme. Tunca has also been pivotal to expanding BTY’s service offering by integrating the provision of Engineering, Transaction Advisory and Sustainable Planning services and geographically into Eastern Europe and the CIS.

With his background as a Professional Engineer (Civil), Transportation (MSc.) and Construction Engineering and Management (MSc.) Specialist, Project Manager (PMP, APMP) and Contracts Specialist, Tunca has advised on several billion dollars of project investments in the healthcare, education, transportation, light rail, energy and mining sectors. He is currently based in London with a proven track record of projects completed in North America, Europe, Central Asia, Middle East and Turkey.
