BTY are leading the renovation and commercial fit-out of a 3-storey office building as well as several tenant spaces in Richmond, BC. 14,000 square feet of leased space will be refinished for use by the Richmond Mental Health Team to service as office and clinic space. Construction includes interior partitions, electrical wiring, elevator work, ceilings and other interior finishes.
