Arts Umbrella is a non-profit education organization, which offers free and subsidized art classes across a wide range of ages and disciplines. The scope of the project involves the complete renovation of the existing Emily Carr University South Building and relocation of the organization. This will expand Art Umbrella’s overall occupied space from 22,000 sf to 50,000 sf.
