The Whitecap Dakota First Nations is planning to develop a luxury hotel adjacent to the Dakota Dunes Casino and Dakota Dunes Gold Links to serve as a hub for their planned destination resort experience. The proposed area is a 4.3 acre site with plans for 100,000 square feet of development including, 155 suites, meeting areas, restaurant, spa, fitness centre and pool.
