The DBFM project, also known as the Windsor-Essex Parkway, consists of a new below grade, six-lane highway, 11 kilometers long with 11 tunnels and a four lane service road. It also includes 300 acres of green space, 20 kilometers of recreational trails, extensive landscaping and noise and environmental mitigation measures.
