Are you an exceptional leader?

At BTY, we’re always on the look-out for top candidates to join our team.

Let's Talk

The 25th Annual CCPPP National Conference in Toronto brought together over 1,200 senior government and business leaders to share insights on the latest economic and infrastructure issues shaping P3 projects around the world.

BTY’s P3 Advisory team was proud to support the conference once again this year both as a sponsor and through panel discussions. 2017 has brought industry-wide recognition for BTY’s leadership in P3 Advisory services.

Annual Women Leaders in P3 Dinner

Our contribution to the global P3 market is also focused on creating networking opportunities for women in infrastructure who continue to make significant contributions to the industry.

On November 5th, Marie Foley, BTY’s P3 Advisory lead for North America, and INTECH Risk Management co-hosted the Annual Women Leaders in P3 Dinner.

The event, now in its third year, has quickly become a cornerstone for the Toronto CCPPP conference week. It provides unique opportunities for seasoned and rising P3 leaders to have one-on-one conversations to celebrate the collective achievements and aspirations for women in the industry.

National Awards for Innovation and Excellence in P3s

This year during the conference’s National Awards for Innovation and Excellence in P3s, which took place on November 6th, we also had the privilege to present the Silver Award for Project Development to all partners involved in the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Phase 1C.

The project, for which BTY is providing Lenders’ Technical Advisory services, is a critical public institution in Toronto and its planning and design has received wide recognition for creating inclusivity through integrating new buildings with the surrounding community.

Building Connections Panel

On November 8th, BTY’s Ryan Brady, a Partner and the firm’s U.S. Country Lead, moderated a panel focused on sharing best practices and lessons learned through the Canadian P3 model and its impact on projects in markets abroad.

The day’s program titled, “Building Connections: Canada and the International Market”, brought together several international delegates from the United States, South America and Asia for discussions on P3 project delivery, transaction finance, considerations for international firms participating in the Canadian P3 market, and the Canadian perspective on evaluating international project opportunities.

P3 Advisory Team Expansion

Building on this momentum of industry recognition and demand from BTY’s international clients, our expanding P3 Advisory team is focusing on the United Kingdom and Ireland which currently present opportunities to shape the next generation of infrastructure development.

BTY has been invited to speak at the Financing Infrastructure 2017 conference in December, taking place in Dublin.
