Arts Umbrella

Vancouver, BC

The scope of this project involves the renovation of the existing Emily Carr University South Building and relocation of the Arts Umbrella facility. The reconfiguration will accommodate performance studios, workshops and administration facilities, adaptations to the M&E systems; acoustic treatments to wall and ceilings; adjustments to partitions, floor-ceiling heights and room spans; and the installation of a new roof. Overall, this will expand Arts Umbrella’s overall occupied space from 22,000ft² to 50,000ft².

Major Retail Brand Support Centre

The project program envisions a 500,000 square feet multi-storey office building with up to 10 storeys to house a connected support centre for a leading retail brand.

Vancouver, BC

The Vancouver House project will be Vancouver’s first ‘Super-Prime’ residential development and is part of an overall 902,715 square feet mixed-use development comprising residential, commercial office and retail areas.

Dakota Dunes Hotel & Conference Centre

Whitecap First Nation, SK

This project includes the development of a new hotel and conference centre and onsite amenities include a restaurant, bar and lounge, industrial kitchen, additional office space, spa and more.

University of Saskatchewan CSRB

Saskatoon, SK

The project comprises the design and construction of a new state-of-the-art research facility for the University of Saskatchewan. It will comprise a 3-storey building with 61,000 square feet of wet and dry laboratory spaces, collaborative workspaces and administrative support facilities.

Alberta Carbon Trunk Line

Redwater, AB

The Alberta Carbon Trunk Line is the world’s largest carbon capture and storage project. It consists of a 240km pipeline that will collect excess carbon dioxide from the province of Alberta and transport it to various oil reservoirs around the province for enhanced oil recovery.

Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal

Montreal, QC

This super‐hospital has a total area of 2.5 million square-feet and is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification. This brownfield project consolidates three existing healthcare treatment, research and teaching facilities. The DBFOM P3 model and remains the largest hospital in its class of size and complexity in North America.

A 57-storey luxury residential tower containing 459 units, an 8-storey commercial building and a 6-storey basement.
