In response to demand from infrastructure developers and lenders, BTY’s award-winning P3 Advisory team has appointed Sibel Gulen as the Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) services for the Europe, Middle East and North Africa markets.
Based in BTY’s Ankara office, Sibel brings over 20 years of experience delivering EHS services across the EMEA region, including specialising in environmental and social impact assessments, environmental management, occupational health and safety management, qualitative and quantitative risk assessment, consequence assessments and HSE auditing.
Prior to joining BTY, Sibel led teams on large-scale infrastructure projects across the industrial, oil and gas, mining and social infrastructure sectors for Golder Associates. Fluent in English and Turkish, Sibel gained her MSc in Environmental Engineering from the Imperial College in London and holds a BSc in Environmental Engineering from Ankara’s Middle East Technical University.
