BTY is pleased to announce our appointment as the Independent Certifier on the North Commuter Parkway project in Saskatoon, SK.
The $239 million project comprises the construction of a six-lane bridge connecting residential neighbourhoods in the northeast with the businesses in the northwest of the city.
The project is being delivered through the Design-Build-Finance-Maintain model with a handback period of 30 years.
As the Independent Certifier, BTY has equal duty of care to the public authority, the City of Saskatoon and the preferred proponent, Graham Commuter Partners.
Our role involves providing technical compliance reporting through the construction period, the facilitation of preparations running up to project close-out, and the Certification of Substantial Completion and Final Completion.
This is BTY’s sixth Independent Certifier mandate in the province of Saskatchewan.
