The Konya hospital is being delivered under the DBFMO model with a Capex value of €250 million, and a gross floor area of 250,000m2. The project will house 838 beds, and includes a General Hospital and a Women’s and Children’s Hospital. The PPP deal Sponsor is ATM Health Investments Co., a subsidiary of YDA Insaat.
BTY’s mandate includes providing full cost and risk advisory services before construction as well as monitoring the 36-month construction phase on behalf of the lenders group.
BTY’s Regional Director and Ankara practice lead, Tunca Ataoglu, sees the recent appointment as further validation of the firm’s growing prominence as a leader in PPP Advisory in emerging markets.
