BTY Group has appointed Louis Guilbeault as Director of Project Delivery. Louis brings clients more than 20 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager.
His portfolio includes large social infrastructure projects procured using traditional as well as P3/AFP models. Louis is fluent in English and French, and will work out of BTY’s Ottawa office on engagements across North America and overseas. This is a critical appointment for BTY as we continue to expand our Project Delivery services and advance long-standing relationships with clients across the country.
Having worked for both the private and public sectors, Louis has a rare perspective that integrates proven project management expertise with a deep understanding of organizational goals with regard to capital planning, strategic procurement, risk management and project delivery.
His notable projects include the Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan, Kemptville District Hospital, Women’s College Hospital, Royal Ottawa Hospital, Montfort Hospital/Hôpital Montfort Redevelopment, Rideau Valley Health Centre, 77 Grenville Office Complex and the Regina Stadium. Prior to joining BTY Management, Louis served as Vice President of Organizational Performance and Operations for the Kemptville District Hospital following his position as Senior Vice President at ZW Group in Ottawa.
