BTY has been selected to provide full Project Management services for the construction of the new NationWide Self Storage Facility.
Located at 1223 and 1235 East Pender Street in Vancouver, BC, the project comprises of a four-storey, high-end, energy efficient self-storage facility that will service the needs of the local community. The 60,000 sq. ft. facility will fit seamlessly into the surrounding neighbourhood and will include high efficiency elevators, spacious loading bays and substantial grade parking.
Beginning at the site acquisition stage, BTY will provide Project Management services that will continue throughout the duration of the project to occupancy. Construction is scheduled to start in August 2017 and will continue until June 2018.
