The I-4 Ultimate project in Central Florida, for which BTY Group is providing Lenders' Technical Advisor services, achieved financial close on September 5, 2014.

The I-4 Ultimate Project extends more than 21 miles through some of the most congested roadway in the Orlando area. In addition to providing a crucial link between Tampa and Daytona Beach, I-4 plays a vital role serving one of the world’s most popular travel destinations. The project’s roadway accommodates an average of 1.5 million trips daily.
