BTY was pleased to attend a ceremony on May 24th marking the Financial Close for the Konya Karatay Integrated Healthcare Campus project in Turkey.
As the Lenders’ Technical, Environmental and Social Advisor for the project, BTY was responsible for providing technical due diligence reporting leading up to Financial Close.
We would like to thank the Project Companies and the Lenders group for the opportunity to participate in this important project. We would also like to congratulate all the stakeholders and project team members involved in Konya Karatay IHC for securing this major achievement.
The Konya Integrated Healthcare Campus has two primary components, a General Hospital and Women and Pediatrics Hospital. The Project will have a total bed capacity of 838 beds, a capital cost of EUR 254 million, and be delivered under a DBFMO model. The project Sponsor is ATM Health Investments Co., a subsidiary of YDA Insaat.
This is the fourth of BTY’s seven projects in Turkey. The firm’s mandate includes providing full cost and risk advisory services before construction as well as monitoring the 36-month construction phase on behalf of the lenders group.
