West Island Palliative Care Residence has appointed BTY as the Project Manager for the facility’s redevelopment and expansion project.
Located in Kirkland, Quebec, the Residence facility is a national leader in palliative care delivery and management with a focus on compassionate care delivered through a collaborative atmosphere involving physicians, nurses, counsellors, psychosocial care workers and volunteers.
Basing our service delivery on the importance of an integrated and collaborative approach, BTY is developing the project delivery plan, feasibility study, and managing the project’s budget, schedule and cash flow forecast. We will also be providing day-to-day problem solving and coordination to ensure the project is finished on time and within approved costs.

In addition to the West Island Palliative Care Residence, BTY has recently been appointed Project Manager for the Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences, the Baycrest Health Sciences Project (ON), and the Kemptville District Hospital (ON).
