BTY is pleased to announce that the Nationwide Self-Storage and Car Wash project Kamloops, BC, has achieved Provisional Occupancy.
The Car Wash Facility is an eco-friendly express car wash that uses over 80% recycled and filtered water and will service the needs of the local community. The facility is designed to fit seamlessly into the surrounding neighbourhood and includes over 800 climate controlled storage lockers with smart access function through users’ mobile devices.
BTY is engaged to provide full Project Management services for the new facility.
