BTY’s Lenders’ Technical Advisor team is proud to share that the Niagara Entertainment Centre P3 project reached Financial Close on August 3, 2017.
We would like to congratulate the Niagara Falls Entertainment Partners GP consortium on achieving this significant milestone and wish the wider Project Team continued success on this mandate.
The Project is being procured through a Design Build Finance and Maintain P3 model. It comprises a world-class theatre with over 5,000 seats, front-of-house facilities and amenities area and back-of-house facilities, including talent rooms, administrative spaces, technical support areas and building maintenance units. The project site is located adjacent to the Fallsview Casino Resort, next to the existing Hilton Hotel, and connected to the casino by an enclosed pedestrian walkway.
The Niagara Falls Entertainment Partners GP consortium comprises DIF, Bird Capital and Hospitality Resorts Inc. The project authority is the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.
BTY’s Lenders’ Technical Advisory (LTA) services mandate comprised Pre-Bid Technical Due Diligence leading to Financial Close. Our on-going LTA mandate will involve Construction Phase Monitoring and DB Payment Certification Services.
