Barry Maguire

Barry Maguire is a senior leader at BTY and serves as the Regional Director for the firm’s Prairies market. Since joining BTY in 2015, Barry has been instrumental in establishing the firm’s foundation in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, and driving its rapid growth to become a market leader in Lender Services across the region. His leadership has been central to building strong client relationships and delivering strategic advisory services that support lenders and investors throughout the project lifecycle.

Barry has also played a key role in expanding BTY’s capabilities to serve affordable and social housing providers, helping to address critical housing needs across the Prairies. Under his direction, BTY has significantly grown its team and project pipeline in Edmonton, reinforcing the firm’s presence and impact in the region. His contributions continue to shape BTY’s success in delivering trusted, high-quality services to clients across a diverse range of real estate and infrastructure projects.
