Ben is a Director at BTY with over 10 years of industry experience. He joined BTY Project Management in 2021.
Ben has more than 10 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure and capital projects across the transportation, energy, aviation, real property and public sectors. He combines project management, commercial, contractual and procurement expertise with a strong understanding of project controls, risk management and construction delivery.
As a Director in BTY’s Project Management practice, Ben provides senior leadership on the firm’s Project Management, Risk Management and Owner’s Representative engagements. He also advises public and private sector clients on cost and schedule uncertainty to support risk-informed decisions.
Before joining BTY, Ben held senior commercial and design coordination roles on major infrastructure projects. He managed complex design and engineering issues, commercial risk, change management and delay claims. This gives him direct insight into how contractors operate, which helps him identify project risks, evaluate commercial impacts and develop practical mitigation strategies.
