Brendan Kwan

Brendan is a senior leader on the firm’s Infrastructure Advisory team for North America. He leads BTY’s teams on Technical Advisory, Transaction Advisory, and Payment Certification services. He facilitates direct communication with project sponsors and provides commercial commentary as part of BTY’s technical due diligence reports for lenders involved in alternative financing procurement projects. He specializes in constructability and schedule analysis, existing site conditions, and regulatory approvals. He also specializes in analyzing the Payment Mechanism deduction regimes, contractor security assessments, and reviewing project dropdown agreements. Brendan has advised on project investments totaling more than $28 billion across multiple sectors, including healthcare, transportation, aviation, transit, higher education, telecommunications, energy, and more.
