Project Manager  

Chris is a Project Manager at BTY with 12 years of industry experience. He joined BTY in 2019.

Chris is a Project Manager with over 12 years of experience working on projects across a variety of sectors. He brings strong time management and organizational skills to each mandate, as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address issues, should they arise. Chris is an experienced user of various design, estimating, and scheduling software.

Chris’s skillset includes procurement and tender analysis, change order review, stakeholder engagement, schedule development and monitoring, and a thorough understanding of construction practices, materials, methods, and project safety.

He has extensive experience monitoring projects through the construction phase, and reporting on compliance, budget and schedule adherence, and risk management.
