Colleen is an Associate Director in BTY's Cost Management team.
Colleen Pollock brings more than 24 years of experience in Cost Management and Quantity Surveying services. She joined us as part of BTY’s acquisition of Marshall & Murray in 2022, one of Canada’s leading cost consulting specialist firms.
As a senior quantity surveying expert, Colleen is adept at leading our cost consulting teams comprising architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines, and developing comprehensive cost estimates from conceptual to detailed levels, as well as managing estimate reviews and presentations.
Colleen is an accredited Professional Quantity Surveyor with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. She is also a Gold Seal Certified professional.
Her experience spans new construction, additions, and renovations for a wide range of sectors throughout the Ontario market.
Colleen’s portfolio includes projects in healthcare, education, institutional, transportation, transit, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
