Eldon is a Partner at BTY with 30 years of industry experience. He joined BTY in 1997.
Eldon is an industry leader in Canada for Cost Management services at pre and post-contract stages across all market sectors. Based in the firm’s Vancouver office, Eldon has developed special expertise in estimating architectural, structural, and civil work for complex facilities for public and private sector clients developing traditional and P3/AFP projects. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, Eldon started his career in Hong Kong with one of Asia’s leading development firms and has worked extensively across China and Australia before making his home with BTY in Canada. Eldon is a member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
