Emmalee is an Associate Director at BTY, specializing in Infrastructure Advisory services with a focus on Technical Advisory Due Diligence for asset managers and lenders. She is a skilled problem solver with a demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate key risks across the full project lifecycle, including design, constructability, schedule analysis, existing site conditions, and regulatory approvals. Emmalee’s expertise also includes assessing risks related to operations and maintenance models, as well as comprehensive lifecycle reviews.

She specializes in civil infrastructure projects, including transit systems, highways, and aviation, where she has developed a deep understanding of technical risk management for new builds, retrofits, and asset transactions. Emmalee also brings experience in social infrastructure such as healthcare and higher education, as well as district energy projects. Emmalee is actively involved in operational period exercises required under the P3 model, such as Benchmarking Exercises, Joint Technical Reviews, and Market Testing Exercises. Her market knowledge extends across North America and the Caribbean, enabling her to navigate complex challenges and deliver tailored solutions in diverse regulatory environments.
