Jacob is a Senior Project Consultant based in BTY's Victoria office. He joined BTY in 2023.
Jacob brings over 13 years of experience in cost consulting and quantity surveying expertise. He leads projects as part of BTY’s Project Monitoring & Lender Services team for the Vancouver Island market.
Jacob’s portfolio of experience includes projects across various sectors such as residential and multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, retail, industrial, and community infrastructure.
His areas of expertise include construction budget reviews, construction progress reports and on site monitoring, payment certification, cashflow forecasts, risk management, and more.
Jacob is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an accredited Professional Quantity Surveyor with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS).
