James brings over a decade of international industry experience, with expertise in Cost and Development Management, Project Management and Data Analytics. He is a seasoned Lender Services professional, and has advised on hundreds of projects across a broad range of asset classes, including multifamily residential, commercial, mixed-use and resort developments, as well as fulfilment and data centres, and social infrastructure projects.
He joins the firm’s senior management team, leading integrated development services for real property portfolios across North America and Europe.
