Linn is one of Canada's most experienced senior Quantity Surveying leaders and the founder and Managing Partner of Marshall & Murray.
She brings over 40 years of experience in Cost Consulting and Cost Estimating for social infrastructure, public works, and real estate development, including traditional and alternative financing procurement models. She leads Marshall & Murray, as part of the BTY Group of Companies.
Linn established Marshall & Murray in 1982 with a focus on providing Cost Consulting and Project Controls expertise for public and private sector clients.
Over the last four decades, Linn’s leadership enabled the firm to build a large portfolio of experience in healthcare, education, transportation, real estate, and public works, and cemented Linn as one of the country’s most senior and trusted advisors in the construction industry.
With Marshall & Murray joining the BTY Group of Companies, Linn leads our growing Cost Management practice and works closely with the firm’s senior management team to provide clients access to BTY’s comprehensive services in Project Management, Infrastructure Advisory, and Project Monitoring & Lender Services.
Linn has successfully collaborated and fostered relationships with owners, design teams, and various governing bodies including Infrastructure Ontario, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Long-Term Care, and many more.
