Marc LeBlanc is a Director at BTY’s Renewable Energy Services practice, and responsible for Technical Delivery and Operations. He joined the firm in 2026 and brings over 20 years of experience in technical due diligence, independent engineering, and lender advisory for wind, solar, and energy storage projects across North America and internationally. Marc specializes in lender-side due diligence and M&A technical advisory, having led technical assessments on renewable energy projects and portfolios on behalf of institutional investors, commercial banks, developers, and asset owners throughout project financing, M&A transactions, and asset optimization initiatives. Prior to joining BTY, Marc held senior product management and several due diligence leadership roles at DNV, supporting the digital transformation of its advisory services. He founded and led Garrad Hassan’s Canadian operations and went on to establish new Asset Management & Operational Services business line at GL GH and M&A Advisory services at DNV GL.
