Neil Murray

Neil is a Director at BTY and a key member of the firm’s senior leadership team. With over a decade of experience, Neil is recognized for delivering operational excellence and building long-term relationships with lenders, developers, and investors. He leads complex project and portfolio engagements, providing strategic oversight across technical due diligence, construction loan monitoring, investment monitoring, budget and schedule reviews, payment certification, and project reporting. Neil plays a central role in advancing BTY’s integrated approach to Lender and Developer Services, aligning risk management, reporting, and delivery strategies to meet the evolving needs of both capital providers and project sponsors. His ability to bridge the perspectives of lenders and developers enables more efficient project execution and enhanced risk management.

In addition to his leadership in advisory services, Neil has been instrumental in expanding BTY’s Sports & Entertainment portfolio, supporting the delivery of high-profile stadiums and major venue developments in North America and Europe. His experience spans engagements with lenders, owners, operators, professional sports organizations, and governing bodies, contributing to complex, multi-stakeholder projects tied to major events and league expansions.
