Nicholas Jackson is a Director at BTY and leads the firm’s Victoria office, with responsibility for growing BTY’s presence and multidisciplinary services across Vancouver Island. He also serves as Senior Research Lead for BTY’s national market and infrastructure studies, and is a key leader of the firm’s Indigenous Relations initiatives, supporting meaningful, long-term partnerships with Indigenous Nations across Canada. In this role, Nicholas led the development of the national cost analysis for the Assembly of First Nations’ landmark Closing the Infrastructure Gap by 2030 study— a first-of-its-kind initiative that quantified First Nations infrastructure investment needs and continues to inform policy, funding, and delivery strategies nationwide.
With over 15 years of experience, Nicholas brings expertise in Cost Management, Project Monitoring, Lender Services, and Technical Advisory services. He works closely with clients across the residential, educational, infrastructure, water and waste management, and aviation sectors on projects throughout Canada, including remote locations and northern territories. Known for his strategic insight and collaborative leadership style, Nicholas is a trusted advisor to public- and private-sector clients, lenders, and Indigenous partners.
